We honor you for your

service and sacrifice

risking your lives

to save ours.

To our leaders on the front lines...

As you know, the power of taking a brief pause is well researched. Taking time to reflect—to be still and quiet—gives our nervous system a chance to regain balance.

We recognize the severe impact these times have placed on you as health practitioners and honor you for your commitment to serving others. You are doing work and going places that others avoid. Your lives have likely been turned upside down and we are grateful for the difference you are making.

In hopes of helping you stay strong, uplift your spirits and cope during periods of adversity, we wish to share with you the Virtues Resilience Cards.  This deck is part of the Virtues Cards app, an easy-to-use tool that offers simple guidance to cultivate virtues—qualities such as compassion, excellence, gratitude, strength, hope, resilience and patience. Based on The Virtues ProjectTM, work endorsed by the Dalai Lama and honored by the United Nations, the Virtues Cards is an inspiring tool you can call upon daily and in times of overwhelm, stress, and uncertainty.

We know the magnitude of challenges are big and no single solution can solve all problems. We hope the Virtues Cards gives you a few moments to recharge and be peaceful.

With warmest caring and sincere gratitude,

Dara & Dave Feldman

Resilience

"When life tests us, we are not victims - we are the athletes gaining strength from adversity. With resilience, our wounds transform into virtues. In the winds of hardship, we ride the waves."
